OTTER LAKE RETREAT

3-bedroom Viceroy Cottage on Otter Lake with beautiful West facing views and all day Sun.

From the cottage short distance to the waters edge. Nice shallow sand entry for easy entry and deeper water off the dock for swimming. Large dock with lots of room for relaxing and the kids running jumping off the docks end. Quiet Bay for boat traffic, perfect for kids water activities.  Otter Lake is a big Lake, there is a Marina close by for motorized watercraft rentals. Grand Tappattoo restaurant is close by for great food which can be accessed by car or boat. Nearby Parry Sound is about a 20 minute drive into town  and has plenty of action, stores, restaurants, pubs, and people, when a change of pace is wanted.

Inside boasts open concept floor plan with Floor to ceiling windows to stunning lake views/ natural beautiful rock outcroppings.

Kitchen comes well equipped with all the necessities needed to feel like home. Large kitchen table seats 8 comfortably with ample seating around the windows to sit back enjoy a coffee or wine, read a book and take in the scenery.

The Living Room/Dining room offers large vaulted ceilings, 55” tv with bell satellite, comfortable leather seating, 2 sofas, 1 chair and 2 ottomans to hang out together comfortably on those cooler or rainy nights.

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, each room is equipped with fans, heaters, tvs with dvd players (satellite in master) (xbox for kids to play)

2 queen beds, 2 single bunk beds, extra single mattress stored under bed.

The massive deck off the main floor has both sun and shade throughout the day with plenty of seating where guests can enjoy fabulous meals and views of the lake at the dining table that seats six.

Big BBQ with large grilling area.

Cottage has a Bunkie at the water’s edge that is equipped with a fridge/freezer to keep your drinks cold. Lots of seating by the water.

Take the paddleboat or kayaks out and explore the lake. Life jackets for both kids and adults along with various floating devices, noodles, tubes, goggles etc are also stored in the shed.

Try your hand at fishing for bass and perch among other fish.

The ultimate ending to a great day at the cottage is at the fire pit located by the water where there is plenty of seating for everyone with Western views to enjoy the sunsets on the water’s edge.
